Leon Boyer serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Knight Law Group and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic aspects of the firm. In this role, Mr. Boyer has helped improve the client and employee experience by optimizing marketing, client intake, service workflows, technology, data analytics and more. While serving as COO, Mr. Boyer has made client education and litigation sophistication his top priority.

Mr. Boyer received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business and his Master’s Degree in Project Management from Boston University.

Prior to joining Knight Law Group, Mr. Boyer served as Chief Operating Office for Telewise Media where he implemented strategic business partnerships and operations for content integrations with all major U.S. television networks. Mr. Boyer’s responsibilities and influence extended through all areas of the organization including strategic planning and execution, product development and corporate management. Prior to joining Telewise Media, Mr. Boyer served as Senior Manager for DIRECTV, where he helped lead the first integration of services between DIRECTV and its soon-after acquirer, AT&T. Mr. Boyer helped expand market share by over 1M subscribers through the boarding of 8 strategic partners onto DIRECTV’s integrated sales platform. He also broadened market penetration by deploying a sales and support model that enabled DIRECTV to provide services in commercial airlines such as Frontier and JetBlue.
