Nissan is recalling 138,736 model year 2020—2021 Nissan Sentra sedans because bent tie rods could create steering problems.

Drivers may notice that the steering wheels are off-center and vibrate.

If the tie rods break, drivers could lose steering control, which increases the risk of a crash.

Nissan predicts that it will notify owners August 5.

Nissan dealers will inspect the vehicles.

If the tie rods are bent, Nissan dealers will replace them.
